Hi! I'm Janet, and I'm proudly living life to the full at the age of 60. I'm happy to share my age because I feel very privileged having lost my soulmate, my husband, five years ago, before his 58th birthday.
I’m very happy and grateful with a few wrinkles and laughter lines from our life together. Experiencing such loss certainly changes your priorities.
I never thought I’d love again and I didn’t want to to be honest. But fate has a funny way of working and now I’m sharing my life with someone I met more than forty years ago when I was 17 in the RAF. He was my mentor at the time. And also sadly lost his wife at 53. So it's fair to say we embrace life and I am a stronger person to have come out the other side.
