Taking Care of Your Skin After 40

Are looks superficial?

Shouldn’t we forget about how we look?

Aren't there more important things to worry about?

It's not quite that simple ... Thankfully we're all different and we all see beauty differently and we all feel differently about ourselves. For me, it's about FEELING my best. Because when I FEEL my best I GIVE my best.

The phrase 'Be your own kind of beautiful' I think sums it up. Because that's what it is ... YOUR kind of beautiful and not what someone else thinks or sees.

There’s no harm in wanting to look good at any age. It’s about taking care and appreciating what you have. Perfection? That doesn’t exist. Beauty? It’s all individual.

Genetics, sun exposure, ethnicity, diet, lifestyle… The list goes on and on. It’s a very long and complex list of what impacts the way we age. Overall, we tend to notice the following:

 - wrinkles and fine lines

- bigger pores

- pigmentation

- sagging skin

- lack of muscle and fat in the face

Perhaps the right time to start using anti-aging products. We’re not trying to turn back time. We’re trying to keep our skin as nourished and cared for as possible.

Stock up on:

  • Retinoids
  • Vitamin C

Think of this as your home anti-aging kit.

Experiment and play around with it.

See what works for you
personally

And don't forget. No matter what, you are amazing!
